Shipping and Returns

How much does shipping cost?

All orders are shipped with insurance to cover any loss or damages during transit. The standard 2-day shipping fee is $15 and priority overnight shipping is $30 for US deliveries. 

​How long will my order take to get here?

Orders with any customization can take up to 2 weeks to create and ship. Standard 2 day shipping will arrive within 2 business days and priority overnight will arrive within 1 business day. We are not responsible for any delays after shipping. 

Do you accept returns?

Products must be returned within 14 business days of the delivery date for store credit. Any returns surpassing this time will not be accepted. Please contact us at [email protected] to start the return process. We will email you an insured FedEx label and you will be able to drop off the package at a FedEx location. A $10 return fee will be deducted from your store credit amount along with the original shipping and handling fees. ​

Pre-owned and clearance items are all final sale and not eligible for return. 

When will I receive my store credit?

As soon as we receive the item and process the return, we will add the credit to your account and it will be available to use immediately throughout the entire store. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the US.
